Health Hope Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, operates the Stroke Survivor Connection program, a network of free therapy support groups offering physical, cognitive and emotional rehabilitation to stroke
survivors and their families throughout Western Pennsylvania. Groups meet for three hours weekly and offer therapy, education, and vital social interaction to participants. Click here (
