[03 Feb : 21:08] 		A report released this week by University of Pittsburgh's Institute on Aging had some sobering statistics for businesses.http://insurancenewsnet.com/article.aspx?id=157220
the Met Life study found that caregiving by employees for their family members can cost companies over 13 billion dollars a year. If your employee does not already have resources, leave opportunities or flexibility in place, may be maybe now is the time to talk with them. In the future we will post some tools to help caregivers initiate a dialogue with their employers about their responsibilities.
